B867: Workplace learning with coaching and mentoring

This weblog offers both a strategic and an operational focus and consider the factors which inform choices about learning and talent development strategies in different contexts. The blog explores a range of workplace interventions which can put these strategies into effect and the models and theories which underpin these. Moreover, emphasis is placed on professionalism by the advancement of workplace, practice-based learning and CPD via the development of coaching and mentoring skills.
